RUMOURS OF DISSENSION. NATIONALIST LEADER’S DENIAL. LONDON, Aug. 13. Captain Redmond, leader of the National Party in the Dail, after a meeting of the party, denied the rumoured and declared that a unanimous decision had been reached, which would be revealed only after the debate on Tuesday. It is general opinion that the fate of the Cosgrave Cabinet is in Mr Redmond’s hands, and there is a growing belief that he and his party will not ally themselves with the Labour Party or the De Valera Party. Latest Dublin telegrams mention the possibility of the National Party not voting; thus, in the event of an even vote, it is possible that the Speaker’s casting vote would decide the issue.
