The agreed price was £IOO CASH DOWN for the sale of the practice outright, as the signed legal document shows the five years mentioned in Mr Henderson’s advertisement being merely the time in which, by the terms of our agreement he was proscribed from practising in Palmerston North in opposition to me. This time has now expired, and, though he is legally entitled to again practise here, I have no intention of selling back to him the practice which 1 bought in all good faith.
