AYLESBURY STEEPLECHASE, of 250 sovs. About two and a half miles. ' 2 Royal Wink, 9.0 1 4 Osterman, 10.11 2 7 Goodform, 9.0 3 All started. Won by six lengths. Time, 5.29. SALE OF BROOD MARES. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 13. At the horse sale satisfactory prices were realised for the Longbeach brood mares. Coronata was sold for 58 guineas and Blather for 120 guineas to Mr lan Duncan, and Skydream for 325 guineas to the same buyer.
