President Coolidgo emphasised the points by tracing the development of tho United States during the past few decades. He dwelt on its prosperity and achievements and pointed out what he considered was still needed. At the conclusion of his speech President Coolidge and his wife resumed their journey to Blackhills, South Dakota, for there vacation. —A. and N.Z. cable.
