The Berlin correspondent of the I aily News states that the German b aval Bureau has designed a 10,000t n Diesel-engined cruiser, equipped v ith eight 14in. or ten 12in. longr nge guns. The cruiser will be extensively b dk-headed, and virtually unsinkablo, eid will be much more formidable t lan cruisers of similar tonnage buildi ig for other navies.
