PERSONAL.
Mr John Farrell, representing J. C. Williamson, Ltd., is in town completing arrangements for the production of “NoI No! Nanette,” to be staged here on May 4. Mr A. Wylie, a member of the local railway staff, who has acted in the position of expert timber checker for the past 12 years, is retiring on superannuation at an eaTly date. The Palmerston North branch of the Railway Officers’ Institute purpose entertaining Mr Wylie at a smoke concert in the near future. The retiring gentleman possesses the institute’s badge of service.
