BUILDER FILES. In tlia bankrupt estate of Sydney Drake, builder, of Palmerston North, the fina icial statement furnished to the D.C A. (Mr C. E. Dempsy) discloses at sets to be nil, while liabilities amount to £397 Is sd. The unsecured creditcrt in the estate are: —A. Clark, £25 9s d; Beattie and Proctor, £95 8s; M u in Bros., £5 ISs, all of Palmerston North; Stokes Bros., £1 ss; Herbert and Co M £1 10s, both of Palriatua. The secured creditors are: D. and A. Odlin Timber Co., £ls ss; Ley land and Larsen, £8 6s lid; Taringamutu Totara Sawmill, Ltd., £132 10:, lid; Collinson and Son,/ £63 19s 2d Manawatu Plumbing Co., £80; E. Torstonson, Ltd.. £149 6s 3d; T. Dryden, £2O; Mitchell and Fleming, £lO 7s; It. Waghorn, £44 t all of Palmerston North. The total indebtedness to secured creditors is £523 15s 3d whereai the security is estimated to realise but £256 10s. thus leaving a deficiency of £267 5s 3d from this source. FARMER FILES. A peti: ion in bankruptcy has been filed by Richard Henry Hodges, 7 farmer, of Palmerston North. In the financial statement furnishsed to tire D O.A. (Mr Dempsy) assets are stated to be nil with liabilities amounting to £149 which sum is due to the following unsecured creditors and which had arisen ::rom a motor collision claim : Messrs J. McC.
