THE PIANOFORTE.
PUBLIC LECTURE TO-NIGHT,
Music teachers, students and the public generally are reminded of the lecture and demonstration on the pianoforte, its mechanism, and its inlnfluence on “touch” to be given by Mr J. Holmes Runnicles to-night at 8 o’clock in Freeman’s rooms, the Square. The growing popularity of these lectures, promulgated by the Society of Professional Musicians, is a tribute to the capability of the lecturer.
