A Dublin hairdresser, Henry Williams, who said he regularly made up the late Michael Collins, Commander-in-Chief of the Irish Republican Army, and, the present President Cosgrave in order to disguise them when “on the run,” has been ordered to pay Catherine Duggan £lB damages for facial injuries due to hair dye. Williams said he disguised President Cosgrave by converting a fair man into a dark one.
