NEW ZEALAND BUTTER. FAIR SALES TAKE PLACE. BIG BUYERS NOT OPERATING. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received March 17, 11.25 a.m. LONDON, March 16. Fair sales of New Zealand butter at about 146 s to 148 s have taken place, but the big buyers are not operating. It is believed they are willing to purchase at 1445. Cheese is selling fairly well at 765. A. and N.Z. cable.
