HOBART. March 4. Uy the death of Mr John Sly, aged 98, Hobart has lost one of its oldest citizens. He was born in England, but had resided in Hobart for 80 years. He ’ retained full use of his faculties to the end and voted at a polling booth in the last Federal referendum. He was for many years chief inspector for Tasmania for an insurance company,
