COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT SIGNED.
CONSTANTINOPLE, March 13. The Ruaso-Turkish commercial agreement has been signed. As the result of apprehension of an increase in Communist propaganda the police are rounding up ail Russians, following upon the arrest of M. Akounoff.—Times.
