BEAM TESTS.

REPETITION LIKELY. SENATOR MARCONI SATISFIED. Received March T, 11.25 a.m. LONDON, March 1. While Marconi’s do not indicate the date of the repetition of the Post Office’s beam test, it _is understood that Senator Marconi is satisfied with, the engineers’ reports that the English stations tuned up; and the reports from Australia were very satisfactory. Therefore, he will notify the Post Office, probably to-morrow, that he is prepared to undergo a trial. —A. and N.Z. cable.
