Dame Nellie Melba announced today that she is l contemplating taking practical steps to bring a proper appreciation of beauty, art, and life into „ Australian childhood by means of lectures and actual demonstrations. She does not despair of bringing here Ernest Shelling, the great musician, who is broadcasting special music in America for children. “I will gladly broadcast song for children,” added Melba.
