GARIBALDI SAILS. FRENCH DECORATIONS SURRENDERED. LONDON, Feb. 4. Despite a report from America that he will be refused admission to Cuba, because he is a deportee, Ricciotti Garibaldi has sailed from Liverpool. Ho ridiculed the suggestion that he was a Fascist agent provocateur. In view of the decision of the French Court, he lias surrendered all his French decorations.
