IN BANKRUPTCY
CINEMA OPERATOR FILES. A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Ferreday James Bubb, cinematograph operator, of Palmerston North. In the financial statement furnished to tho D.O.A. (Mr C. E. Dempsy), assets are shown at £179 5s 7d, which sum includes stock £9O, book debts estimated to produce £44, cash in hand £25 5s 7d and furniture £2O, and liabilities at £239 18s 7d, thus leaving a deficiency in the estate of £6O 13s.
