EMBARKING THURSDAY. DUKE AND DUCHESS. LONDON Jan. 2. All the marines have now boarded the Renown and to-morrow will begin rehearsals for mounting guard and other ceremonies. The company includes several trained printers, who will print a daily news bulletin.
"When the Duke and Duchess of York embark on Thursday there will be a guard of honour, accompanied by 16 trumpeters, who will play a fanfare oh silver trumpets. The system of wireless, on board consists of a central station with switches to every cabin, enabling passengers to listen-in easily.—A. and N.Z. cable.
