CONVERSION LOAN.
SINKING FUND ARRANGEMENT. LONDON, Dec. 30. ' The Morning Post’s fi-ianciai editor says that the prospectua shows careful consideration of the whole question of the national credit. The terms contain nothing likely to. weaken existing loans ; on the contrary/ the sinking fund should benefit other issues as well as this Government- Loan.—A. and N.Z. cable. J?
