The Danish ship Parana is about to sail for Australia, carrying Lee Kee Chin, a Chinese accused of 'killing, the chief steward, Gotfred Anderson. The police here were powerless to arrest him, the crime having been committed on the ocean. Denmark is the only court of Jurisdiction. —A. and N.Z. cable
