CLASH WITH POLICE. NUMBER OF PEOPLE WOUNDED. TOKIO, July 26. Riots aro reported from Kisaki, in the Niigata prefecture, where 700 peasants, armed with spears and clubs, dallied with tho police. There were 30 arrests and a number were wounded. Tho riot commenced when the police broke up a procession which was celebrating the establishment a local proletariat school. —A. and N.Z. cable.
