MONEY AND GOLD. FOUND ON DEAD MAN. SYDNEY, July 14. At the inquest at Change to-day concerning the death of James_Hickmott, an old man who fell from Ills horse on Sunday evening, the evidence disclosed that death was duo to natural causes. The police stated that in deceased’s pockets was over £l5O, together with three ounces of smelted gold. Hickmott’s daughter stated that her father had been a farmer, and what was found on him represented his life’s savings. He carried, the money about with him rather than place it iu a bank. He left no will.
