NON-RETENTION ADVOCATED,

LONDON, June 10. The Navy League passed a resolution expressing the grave danger of retaining obsolete cruisers because of an erroneous impression of the navy’s strength, also that the Dominions’ ships should bo excluded when making a comparison with foreign navies.
