RUMOURS OF RECONSTRUCTION. PARIS. June 9. M. Briand js returning from Geneva to attend a Cabinet meeting whereat M. Peret, Minister of Finance, will urge that only a Cabinet of national union is equal to the financial emergency, failing which he intends to resign. there are persistent rumours of the imminent fall of the Ministry or a reconstruction.—A. and N.Z.- • cable.
