MASONIC CHILDREN’S SOCIAL.

A most successful social was held for the children of the Masonic fraternity last night. Tho function was held in tho Band Hall and thero was a very largo attendance. Tho W.M., Worthy Bro. W. P. Henderson, welcomed the children and their parents and wished them all a very happy evening and ho then handed over the control of the function to Rt. Worthy Bro. J. A. Nash. Games, competitions and dancing were indulged in. to tho delight of the little ones. The prizes wero distributed by Mrs Henderson and tho supper was dispensed by the ladies present. Every child received a toy and tho proceedings terminated with the singing of “Auld Lang Syno” and God Save the King.
