Drivers and riders of motor driven vehicles aro at tho present time fulfilling tlieir obligations in the matter of applying for the new issue of registration plates and renewing their driving certificates. The post office has installed a special counter at the lower end of the main office for tho purpose of issuing the new plates and throughout tho day a large number attended at the office. This section of the work has been in process for two days and of about 3000 local owners, 100 attended on Tuesday and 140 yesterday, which points to the fact that a large percentage of residents are proving somewhat delinquent in the matter. At the Borough Council offices, the renewing of licenses has been in force for a little over seven working days and up to last night some 950 certificates had been issued, while at the Kairanga Counts Council office 435 had been issued flappy children keep free from worms with Wade’s worm figs.
