No doubt this also contributes to the economy of FINE tea, it being well known that one pound of “Amber Tips” makes as many cups as a pound and a half of inferior tea. Only the choice pluckings of correctly matured leaf—those that are rich in flavour and fragrance —are technically termed ‘ fine” tea.
