CONFERENCE AT WANGANUI

WANGANUI, April 6. The conference of the New Zealand Labour Party was continued at Wanganui to-day. Business included the presentation of tho Parliamentary report, which was adopted, and a discussion of means whereby farmers and Labour could be brought closer together. It ivas decided that a permanent committee bo set up to deal with this. Mr R. Semple was elected president.
