UNCONFIRMED STATEMENT. LONDON, April 1. Tlie New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir James Allen, does not confirm newspaper statements that the flotation of a New Zealand £4',000,000 loan is imminent. Ho is not aware of any change in a decision to float a loan of £5,000,000 in April or May.—A. and N.Z. cable.
