MADMAN IN A CAFE.
A DOG CUT IN TWO. LONDON, March 19. Diners were driven into a panic when a drunken Chinese, armed with a s ' vo j'd, entered a Paris cafe and slashed the tables and chairs. Ho severed a dog’s tail and then cut the animal in two. Ho was subsequently arrested.
