Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 31. While speaking at a function to-day Sir W. Hall-Joncs said it was not Reform, but Mr Coates, who won the last general election. “There is one fellow who does not agree with you,’’ interjected Mr Coates. “He wrote to me the other day. and said: ‘You went up like a skyrocket and you’ll come down like a stone.’ ”
