FAINTED TWICE.
FRENCH DEPUTY.
LONDON, March 19.
When M. Malvy, the New Minister for tlie Interior in the French Cabinet, returned to the Chamber of Deputies after he had fainted during an excited debate, the warmth of the kiss or M. Herriot, President of the Chamber, overcame him, and he fainted again. He was carried out of the Chamber. The calumniations against M. Malvy saved M. Briand from certain defeat in the confidence vote. Hie Lofts were so inliamed that they abandoned tneir decision to abstain from voting.
