LORRY FALLS OVER BANK.

AUCKLAND, Jan. 25. A lorry driven by It. Mann, which was returning from Ngaruawahia races on Sunday morning, in pulling aside to pass a motor car, fell over a steep bank and lodged in a tree 15 feet below. Two members of the party woro rather badly hurt, but were able to travel home by car. INJURIES TO aT CYCLIST. HAMILTON, Jan. 25. F. L. J. Bellve, aged 26, a jeweller, of Hamilton, was picked up on the Forest Lake road yesterday, with his cycle lying beside him on tho road. Ho was the Waikato Hospital suffering from concussion and a severe wound in tho head. His condition is critical. Mrs Burns, of No. 3 Featherston streot, who was admitted to hospital yesterday suffering from a dislocated elbow caused through a fall from a trap, left the institution this afternoon.
