FREEZING DISPUTE.

GO SLOW AT END

NORMAL KILLINGS TO-DAY,

Mr F. V. Sanderson, secretary of tho North Island Freezing Companies’ Association, received word yesterday (says tho Dominion) from Christchurch that the men at all tho Canterbury freezing works would resume normal killings this morning. The dispute was almost exclusively confined to tho South Island, as tho only North Island works whore any trouble was experienced was Feilding. The news of tho settlement of the dispute will come as a relief to sheepfarmers and freezing employees alike, as January sees killing operations in full swing in both island.
