MURDERS HIS FATHER. ON BEING REFUSED MONEY. Received January 4, 8.50 a.m. PARIS, Jan. 3. Charles Peirin, the notoriously extravagant son of a wheelwright, was charged witli the murder of his father, which ho committed becauso ho was refused money. Ho was also alleged to have assaulted Ilia mother and tortured his grandmother, whoso feet ho burned becauso she refused to reveal tint hiding placo of the family nest egg.—Sydney Sun cable.
