VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT. COUNCIL’S ADVICE REJECTED. MELBOURNE, Dec. 22. Tho Assembly for the third time rejected the advico of the Legislative Council to amend the income tax proposals. A crisis is now inevitable and probably tho Labour Party will bo asked to form a Ministry or an appeal will be made to tho country.—Press Association.
