RECENT COLLISION.

FINDING OF THE COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Dec. 22. The nautical court of inquiry into the collision between the tug Lyttelton and the scow Talisman on November 19 found that the master of the Lyttelton did not keep a sufficient look-out. He was ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry. All certificates were returned.
