DRAMATIC INCIDENT,
LONDON, Nov. 19. A dramatic incident occurred, says the Rome correspondent of the Times, during Signor Mussolini’s speech in the Chamber of Deputies, in which, after pointing out that the outside world was divided for and against the Fascismo, he declared: “It is time that foreigners understood that Italy will not tolerate outside interference.”
Signor Giunta hero jumped up and, pointing excitedly at the gallery reserved for tho Diplomatic Corps, which was crowded, cried “Let those gentlemen up there realise that!” Resuming his speech, Signor Mussolini announced that his words were not intended, as a threat, but as a “proud warning.”
