TUBERCULOSIS SERUM.
SUCCESSFUL EXPERIMENTS. Received November 30, 9.45 a.m. BERLIN, Nov. 29. The results of the experiments on tuberculous baboons at Hagenbeck’s zoo at Hamburg with Friedman’s turtle serum have been published in the Munich Medical Journal. Forty uninoculated baboons died of consumption, whilo 40 inoculated animals recovered and remained healthy. The experimenters consider that the serum will bo similarly successful with human beings.—Reuter.
