Tramway passengers leave all manner of articles behind them when they aliglit, but it comes as a surprise to learn that money found by conductors amounts to almost £8 a week on tho average. The tramway manager reported to the City Council that unclaimed money found 'in purses, etc., by conductors during six months to June 30 totalled £2Ol, of which sum £SB 2d was still unclaimed.
