THE RESTORATION ISSUE, POSITION IN OHINEMURI. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 6. The position 'of the licensing poll in Ohinemuri on the question of restoration is.creating very great interest throughout the electorate, and it' seems very difficult to forecast tho result. There are now 427 absentee votes to he counted. On the first count restoration has 01 votes over the required- three-fifths majority. For some weeks prior to polling day both parties were busy on organising work. Circulars were issued signed by leading men in Paeroa and Waihi stating that both those towns had suffered considerably owing to no-license, while in the prohibition camp other prominent men issued counter-circulars asserting that no-license had boon a success. The counting of the absentee votes is expected to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. '
