DUNEDIN SITTINGS. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Nov. 3. In tho Supreme Court Baden Powell Welsh, who was charged with obtaining £6 by means of a forged telegram, was found not guilty. William Anderson was found guilty of indecent assault on a child five and a-haif years old, with a strong recommendation to mercy, as the jury considered tho act more foolish than done with criminal intent. Sentence was deferred till Thursday.
