RICCARTON TRAINING NOTES. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 3. The weather was tine tor training at Riceartun tiiis morning. Most of the work was done on the plough, this being the track used unless otherwise mentioned. Runnymede easily beat Tiega over a mile and a quarter in 2.15 3-5. Sunart beat Rapine over a mile and a quarter in 2.14 2-5. Rivalry and Serotina did six furlongs in 1.16 3-5, and Centrepiece and Retrospect a mile in 1.44 3-5. Haze beat Nincompoop over six furlongs in 1.17. Deucalion and Kirestick did six furlong's on No 7 grass track in 1.14 4-5. Goldspear beat Lucinettc over six furlongs in 1.19. Te Kara and Tanadees did a mile and a quarter in 2.11 3-5.. Te Kara carried a big weight and Tanadees a light boy. Clarinda and Star Stranger occupied 1.19 1-5 for six furlongs. Jubilant beat Gay Juliet over six furlongs, the last five, taking 1.4 2-5. Mimetic did six furlongs alone in 1.15 3-5. Goose.step beat Viewpoint over seven furlongs in 1.32. Kulakaua and Zouave were well matched over a mile on the outside of the course proper in 1.45,. Inferno took 1.17 for six furlongs. The Banker, Trosha m and Oreum did a mile in 1.45 1-5, finishing together. Mireusonta did three furlongs in 36 4-ssecs., Footfall a mile on the course in 1.45, Goldstep following in J .45 1.5. Phoenix Park went two rounds, the first at half-pace and the second a little faster. Rouex beat The Tank over six furlongs in 1.17 2-5. Victory Bond took 1.21 for six furlongs on the course. Paperchase sprinted half a mile in 29 2-ssecs. Royal Divorce beat Fool’s Paradise over seven furlongs in 1.29 4-s—a good gallop. Father O’Flynn and Beacon Light took 1.17 for six furlongs. Licinius easily beat Ilka over five furlongs on the course in 1.2. Goldtown beat Sun Up over the same distance in 1.3 J. Lucinettc ran a mile and a-half in 2.41 2-5, Polymnian joining in the last six furlongs, which took 1.21. Lisogne jumped the hurdles well. Decoy Bird led Joy King in a run down the straight. Count Cavour beat Carpentier over a mile and a-half in 2.41. Both horses carried light weights. Money Order was easily in front of \\ aterloo at the end of nine furlongs on the course in J .59 1-5. Limited had the best of Bank Note over half a mile on the course in 59secs. Clareina ran six furlongs on the course in 1.14. Glentruin took 50 l-ssecs for half a mile. Shining Armour ran a mile and a quarter alone in 2.13 1-5. Waikaia beat His Majesty over six furlongs in 1.17 3-5. Sunny Locli and Lava took 1.17 4-5 for six furlongs. \\ ill Oakland just beat Finora over five furlongs on the course in 1.2 4-5. Tenterfield led Aliika over four hurdles. Bachelor beat Scrip over live furlongs from the barrier.
