EX-KAISER’S CLAIM
DOZENS OF CASTLES. JEWELS AND VALUABLE PICTURES. Received November 2, 1.50 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 1. The ex-Kaiser has demanded as compensation lor losses owing to the war and revolution all the Crown estates, including dozens of castles, crown jewels, two-thirds of tho pictures, including Rembrandt and Rubens masterpieces, in the Berlin Museum, and the entire exhibits in the Schask gallery at Munich; also millions in cash. Tho total of the claims amounts to £50,000,000. The Socialists urge tho shelving of the question until tho reparations are paid.—Sydney Sun cable.
