SUDDEN DEATH.
OF OLD LOCAL RESIDENT. Mr Edward Joseph Milverton, for many years a resident of Palmerston North, died suddenly this morning, presumably from heart failure. The deceased who had for a lengthy period lived with iiis brother in Main street, suffered from a weak heart for which he had recently been attended by a doctor. This morning, as was his custom, he went to a paddock on Alexandra street to milk some cows and was later discovered lying there dead.
