CONCERT AT KAIRANGA.

A most successful concert and dance was held at Kairanga on Friday niglit when opportunity was taken to bid farewell to Mr A. Iledberg and family, of Palmerston North, who are leaving for Australia in tho near future. Rev. G. W. Dent, in a brief speech, eulogised Mr iledberg’s services in the district and expressed the general regret felt at his impending departure. Mr Harberg suitably replied. Song 3 wore contributed by Miss Blockley, Woodfield and Mr W. Lambert, Messrs Altas and Flowers gave an exhibition of thought transmission and also guitar selections. while Mr Iledberg rendered a violin solo. At tho conclusion of tho concert, dancing was indulged in until a late hour.
