The Daily Express’s Rome correspondent reports that an old man who was sent to gaol because he lived by extorting money from lelatives, sought, out when released a cousin who is a nun. She refused to givo him money, and he imagined that Canon Capozza was responsible for the refusal. The old man went to the church and found Canon Capozza praying at the altar. Ho fatally stabbed him with a dagger, and also wounded a woman who tried to prevent tho murder. —A. and N.Z. cable.
