CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. Received Mav 22, 9.30 a.m. NEW YORK, May 21. Mrs Geisenvolk has been indicted in the first degree for manslaughter, following an investigation showing that her six months old boy died at a baby farm after its skull had been fractured.—Reuter.

It was cabled earlier in the week that while one grand jury was considering tho homicide evidence against her, another returned an indictment charging Mrs Geisenvolk with babysubstitution.
