DOUBLE TRAGEDY.
DEATH DUE TO POIS’ONING. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received Mnv 20, 9.5 a.in. MELBOURNE, May 19. The name of tho victims of tho bath tragedy is Gay, not Day. Apparently the tragedy was due to )>oisoning from the heater, which was still acting when tho discovery was made. The bath was then overflowing with scalding water —Press Association.
The Gays, a married couple, were found suffocated in a bath in their lodgings at Fitzroy. -
