TRIBESMEN RISE AGAIN. CALCUTTA, April 24. Insurrection again threatens the peace of Persia. Some months ago a tribal rising led by Sheikh Mohornmernh was easily quelled by Riza Khan, who is now military dictator. Sheikh Mohommerah and his two sons were taken prisoners. Dissatisfied tribes have again risen and are threatening a big area including the river headquarters of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. One of tho Sheikh’s sons has been released to tieat with the rebels.
