SOUTH CANTERBURY MEETING. TIMARU, May 3. The South Canterbury Jockey Club’s autumn meeting concluded on Saturday in line weather, though over-night rain made the track slightly holding. The attendance was fair. R, Morris, the rid6r of Voute in the May Stakes, Was fined £3 for interfering with Passing Hour and Sultoe. The totalisator investments for the day were £16,819 10s, as compared with £20,006 10s for the second day last year. The total for the meeting was £33,027, as compared with £35,767 10s last year.
